Physical and Chemical Properties	The product is crystalline. Melting point 112-116 °c (101 °c). Not soluble in water, ethanol-soluble, soluble in methanol. The product of the hydrochloride (C21H29NO-HCI), also known as the antispasmodic (akineto, Akinophyl), white crystals. It decomposes at about 275 °c and has also been reported to have a melting point of 238 °c.
Use	The product is anti-paralysis, antispasmodic drugs. Mouse oral LD50 is 545mg/kg, intravenous injection of 56mg/kg.
